Clamp any Kestrel Weather & Environmental Meter into this ultra-compact and portable, but lightweight and sturdy tripod to take readings in the field. The 0799 Kestrel Mini Tripod with clamp features fold-out legs, and a strong Velcro® strap for securing to tree limbs, railings, pack frames, or other similar objects. The feet of the tripod are covered with non-slip vinyl, preventing the tripod from moving. The tripod can be folded into a compact 7" length and weighs 4.2 oz. For further options, the top clamp detaches and is compatible with any tripod with a standard tripod mount (1/4" 20 thread fitting). Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.

Made to mount on your spotting scope system and hold any 4000 series Kestrel weather meter. Mounts on to any 3 or 9 o’clock Picatinny rail.
